- Guestroom Renovation: Completed!
All 260 of our guestrooms have been revitalized with new carpet, wall coverings, paint, brand new furniture, and high-definition, 32" flat-panel high-definition televisions. Don’t forget your MP3 player – our new alarm clocks feature a high-tech MP3 dock!
- Grand Ballroom: Completed!
Our spectacular Grand Ballroom has received a complete face-lift with higher ceilings, a new sound system, new carpeting, and an entirely redesigned lighting concept. Your special events will be even more memorable in this newly enhanced space.
- Complete Lobby Redesign: To be completed Winter 2009/2010
All public spaces will receive new, comfortable soft-seating, upgraded furnishings, new carpet and wall coverings. The renovation will also include an enhanced guest registration area, gift shop, and a newly remodeled 24-hour business and technology center.
- Exterior Make- Over: To be completed Winter 2009/2010
The entire exterior of the building will be resurfaced with EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) for a more energy efficient, lightweight, and modern look. There will also be guestroom window replacement, landscape and parking lot beautification, and a new, modern porte cochere, designed to give our guests an impressive and welcoming sense of arrival.
- Meeting Space Overhaul: To be completed Winter 2009/2010
The hotel will be adding increased ballroom space, a larger pre-function area, higher ceilings, new carpeting, a new lighting concept, and new walls, as well as brand new banquet amenities and a new restaurant and lounge, featuring a modern look and grab-n-go options.
